I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like mice, bugs, and leaks. My apartment was renovated before I moved in & it looked great. I was happy with it for a few months, until I caught my 1st mouse, then saw water flowing into my apartment, then saw my 1st roach...you get the picture. Sometimes their maintenace people are timely & other times they aren't, but they never fix anything adequately.

It's hit or miss with this place. More misses though. Not worth the risk.

Living on the top floors are the best. The 2 levels are pretty good.
