Foxchase Apartment Homes...a nice place to live. I have been living there a little over a year. I could see myself living there for three years, if necessary. I had gotten unaccustomed to living in an apartment, until after my divorce and I lost my home. Foxchase are some of the best apartments that I have live in...and I have lived overseas, in military family housing, in the country, in the city, etc.

My apartment includes a washer and dryer...this is so convenient. The refrigerator works well. The motor on my heater unit malfunctioned and they replaced it immediately.

I had a problem with squirrels roaming around in the walls one night...I called maintenance and they fix the problem the next day.

Any time I have had an emergency maintenance request; Foxchase takes care of it immediately.

I had a financial emergency once, was 12 days late paying my rent; I notified Foxchase no major problem, I did not get evicted.

Foxchase keep the stairwells clean Foxchase is a walk to the Dash Bus The Fitness Center is on the premises.

Parking is adequate...get a parking sticker and you will be okay.

I have a teenage son...he thinks that it is quiet and boring. I like it like that. Pretty much everybody mind their own business. The walls are not thin. I can not hear my neighbors and I know they probably cannot hear me, because I play my music pretty loud.

Foxchase A Safe and convenient place to live. Come check them out!

People are always mentioning the whole Taney Avenue thing. Look, Taney Avenue does not make up all of Foxchase. Kray28- stop being so quick to assume management/employees are posting reviews. Obviously, foxchase stays in business so there are some people who actually like living here. If you don't like it, move. There's no law keeping anyone where their not happy. Foxchase is a nice place.

This must be posted by an employee at FoxChase. And the teenagers in the area are out of control. On any given summer night one could see them par-taking in who knows what in the park on Taney Ave. Some people (grown folks) go to that park at night to do "grown folks things" if you know what I mean. If you don't believe it check police records. Also many drug deals in the community. Don't fall for these phony reviews by the staff. Just look around the community yourself before signing a lease. The buildings are crumbling. The garbage areas are not kept clean and on Duke street an Raleigh the grass areas are brown from neglect. Anon from 5/24/08 you must be management. LOL

I live right next to the park on Taney and I must say that I have never witessed any of those vices mentioned by Kray28. Keep in mind that I have lived at Foxchase for 4 Years. I am quite happy there, as all maintenance requests are handled with the expediency it deserves.
