Where to start''' My lease ends in September and this has been the absolute worst apartment experience of my life. My AC has broken roughly eight times since the second week I was in the apartment. They have supposedly replaced the entire unit about three times. The toilet broke twice, the garbage disposal had to be completely replaced (this took about 4 days, so no kitchen sink during that time), squirrels in the air ducts and now I have mice in the apartment. The managers don't care and the maintenance staff are clearly incompetent. My advice - save yourself some heartache and cough up the extra $$ to live in peace somewhere else.

09-09-2008 - NEW UPDATE...the hot water pump broke this morning. It flooded my kitchen, the carpet and probably my neighbor downstairs. In fairness, they responded quickly to my ranting phone call to maintenance. I have two weeks left - guess this was my parting gift!!!

Apartment Ratings.com keep sending me these updated reviews although we moved out a few years ago. So I read them because I CAN'T BELIEVE that after you folks read these bad reviews here about FoxChase you still rent apartments from these slum lords. I say if you do actually read these reviews and still rent from them you deserve what you get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Sounds pretty scary. I guess some apartment areas are not as well kept up as others? I am curious...are there specific maintenance teams for certain areas?? I have had no problems with the maintenance technicians. I place a call...my request is met, professionally, within 24 hours. I am just curiuos as to others experiences. I reported the squirrels running around in the walls at night, and this was resolved within a couple of days. I have never had any issues with roachs, ants, or mice..Thank GOD!

Foxy I think you are probably right. I have called in to have the laundry room cleaned 3 times. It is disgusting and has not yet been cleaned. Lets not talk about the washers and dryers. They are always broken. I dont think anyone cleans my building. I will be moving when my lease is up. Like the area tired of the trashiness of the building I am in.
