I've been here 7 years. I've found the maintenance people to be kind and responsive. Work orders are usally worked that day or the next if placed late in the day. I've always found the office staff to be nice and repectful. They can't always resolve the issue, like the small parking spaces, but they're willing to let you vent. The grounds are well kept if somethings is there. They are bad about replacing downed trees and areas that have no grass or flowers. My apartment has a great view though, so I have no complaints. The air and heat work well, but no vent in the bathroom and the vent in the bedroom is too small. A ceiling fan or just a regular fan to spread the air fixes the problems. I come and go early morning and late at night, never have felt unsafe. The area does have a few car break in's during the summer from the teenagers, just don't keep anything valuable in plain site. The police come around and ticket if TAGS aren't current, so make sure you have them updated. The rent is correct for this area, but the inside hallways of the buildings aren't maintained well, but they're not awful. It seems typical of most rental apartment complex's these days. When I first moved in there was a mouse or two, birds can get in the dryer, crickets, and some bugs, but not a huge problem at all. It really only happens when people move, it makes the creatures relocate, but this happens everywhere. The bathroom is my major issue. It's located in the bedroom and it's so small it's a real pain getting ready in it. The complex has 4 great pools, sand vollyball courts, and tennis courts. The have a very active activities planner and many different types of activities are made available to tenants. All in all, I stayed 7 years and it's you're typical apartment living.
