I moved in this place a few months ago and frankly, I think this place is great. People on this website are complaining as if the apartments arent SAFE ( I can walk by myself as a female on a Saturday night without a problem). Please think of something else... You have a beautiful view of Alexandria, always clean, great maintenance, ample parking and decent management. In addition, you are right around the corner from a series of department stores. I have been in some bad places, and they briefed me on the utilities before I signed my lease. Gas is high everywhere... So far... they have a lease renewal from me :-)

They have free storage, a sauna, dry cleaners, and minimart on the first floor! Great and convenient.
