I have a friend who lives here so I've been to the complex many, many times. I practically feel like I live here. The place is very nice looking and has a convienience store, pool, and bus stops to the metro and Old Towne right there. Ample parking -- always spots! But the tennis court is unusable at this time. There are cracks and the nets aren't even up! If you don't like the sound of wind, beware. There is a constant swirling howling noise, especially in the hallways. But you can hear it from inside at times. Also, this place is right next door to the juvenile detention center. What a great view of barbed wire. I haven't heard of incidents but still..keep that in mind. Also the 7-11 across the street has some very questionable characters, including one who followed and harrassed my friend. There are some issues with construction inside the apt itself. The stove looks more like a microwave. IT's totally bizarre. I don't know if all apts have this. To sum up: the place itself is nice but you need to be careful and aware of your surroundings here.
