I've lived her a yr and will sign a new lease soon. I've never seen a roach, people are friendly, office mgmt is friendly and professional and no problem having maintenance done. No problems ever w/ my or my daughter's car, the detention cntr or the 7-11. I walk around the neighborhood and cover atleast a 10 block radius and have never encountered any problems. I wish I didn't have to wait until Saturday's to get my packages and I wish my kitchen was larger. But, overall it's a nice place to live as apartments go. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
