My year at Foxwood has been very pleasant and I intend to renew my lease. The staff is great, maintenance is quick, there's always parking, and I have yet to see any bugs/roaches in my own apartment or the common areas! Everything is clean and works well... My only wish is that my kitchen had more modern appliances (for instance, an ice machine in the fridge) and a pantry. However, these are minor concerns and I'd much rather make my own ice than have leaky facets or roaches hiding out! Highly recommended.
