i have lived at foxwood for about a year now and when my lease is up i plan on moving out. it is a very nice looking building inside and out. its always clean and i have yet to see any roaches what so ever. well thats the good part. however im paying 970 dollars a month for a one bed room witch is high i think considering they dont cover any utilitys either. for half of the year you can only use heat the other half a/c. whose to say i cant get hot in the winter or cold in the summer. maybe that wont piss you off as much as it did me. also they i moved here in the winter time and they told me about the tennis court witch i was exsited about because i play. then i waited all winter because they said it would be nice and fixed up by momorial day but it has since turned back to winter with out them as much as even putting up the center net. my mother came to visit and they treated her like she was sort of crimal and would not allow her to leave the office. i pay almost 1000 $ a month ill have over who ever i want. well thats how i feel. then they towed my car with not one attempt to contact me at all. it was registered with the office but was not running for about 2 months. but the point is all they had to do was call me or pop a letter in the mail box i could of taken care of it with out paying storage and removal and other fee's. im very displeased.

Just FYI. I was also upset about the heat in winter, ac in summer only deals but that is standard in all the high rises in the area. Plus, the county has a law that AC must be turned on by May 15 and off by Oct 15, no matter what. So, where I lived, it was November and hot outside, with the sun beating in my window all day, but no AC at all, and that was the LAW!

So funny how people continue to blame other people for their own problems. How long did you think your ratty car should stay and take up our space? You got over on storage fees and the such for leaving it there! Why didn't you call the police when no one let your mom out of the office?? sounds unbelievable, don't you think? Seems like you need to get a life!
