Positives: Mike, the lead maintenance guy, is amazing and quick to help. Nice lobby. No bugs whatsoever. Building is very clean. Brick walls so noise is not a problem. Tons of closets. Plenty of parking. Small store in the building (expensive but good if you just need 1 or 2 things).
Negatives: Main AC and heat controls are not under your control so it gets really hot in the spring before they turn the AC on, esp. if you live above the 4th floor. Rent is expensive considering how small the apartments are, but they are nice apts. Mgmt office has had a lot of turnover in the last year (not sure what that's about) so it's a little less personal when you go in there. I've never had a bad experience though. Some of the apartments down the street are a bit sketchy, but I've never had a problem. Some parts of the parking lot could use some more lighting at night.
