The rent prices are about what you'd expect for the area, but certainly no worse (Northern Virginia is simply very expensive.) Parking is very adequate, and even though you won't have your own laundry unit, there are two washers and two dryers per floor (with more on the first floor just in case they are all busy, which hasn't happened yet to me.) The only problem is the office staff. They often close early without notice, leaving you unable to get packages. The manager is often the only one in the office until nearly afternoon, and he's not good for much other than acting as an answering machine ("somebody will be able to help you later," has happened multiple times.)

I'm a resident and I don't have any problems with picking up my packages, if the office is close they will normally post a note to let you know if they are gone or will be back shortly. The most I had to wait was five minutes. Since I have been living here I've notice a lot of improvement in the property and feel that it's only going to get better. I think Foxwood Place all around is a nice place to live.

I would have to agree with the last response. I have lived here for many years and this by far is the best staff we have had. The Manager is very nice and helpfull, Mike is the best Maintenenace man I have ever known, and the office ladies are alwasy smiling. The tenants are freindly overall the building is very nicely taken care of.
