Cheap management

I'm a current renter and the building itself is fine. HOWEVER, the building is run by Scott Management who are extremely poor and unresponsive. It's been over 80 degrees in the apartment for about two weeks and they refuse to switch over to air conditioning when others have. The building is in a good location and the rent is more than fair, but beware of the management company when you rent
