New management- this is NOT the place I once lived - reasonable price, nice, cozy, friendly atmosphere! Because of "so called" renovations (new stove/frig, ceiling fan, etc), rent is jumping up $200 - $300! HELLO! Have you checked the economy! Many have already moved. There have been car thefts & cars vandaized in the parking lot, while management has front-row parking spaces. They will tow your car if you park in "their" front-row spaces after hours and even on the weekends! There was an onsite store; but when new management came, the store closed within 1 month. Management would not even put a snack/soda machine in the building in the meantime. If you ever been to a rental property in which they will give you $1500 to move in - BEWARE! That shows they are desperate! Fairfield Residential Properties is nothing to boost about! They came and took over like gansters!

full time security person = $$ spent (overhead) full time towing company = $$ gained (revenue stream)
