Between packages gone missing and the office staff saying they have nothing to do with it, the rude office staff who pretends like you're beneath them, the increases in rent for dingy rooms, the outrageous ways that we are billed, and ridiculous monitoring of tenants using the pool - all is not worth living here. I moved here 1 year ago because of the cheap rent and it is not worth it! Pay a few extra to leave somewhere you want to come home to everyday. The tenants have even formed a tenants association as a means to voice complaints regularly about the management. Last year's management was better. They were bought by a new company and things have just been ridiculous. The management company acts as if they want all of their tenants to move out (which many have, some floors only have 6 occupied apartments out of the 20 or so that exist). They even had a rental car of mine towed because the pass was expired two hours. Not only that, but on several occasions, maintenance has let themselves in without any notice or for any reason. And, when I did need maintenance it took 3 weeks and several phone calls for any kind of response.
