Then the management changed. It felt like we were over taken by the MOB. Everything became money and the money was coming from our pockets. Lost key price jumped 200%. Rent jumped 25%. Everything jumped and not the customary 5%. these prices were going up 25-200% at a time. Visitor parking was designated and a tow truck roams the parking lot every half hour to find and tow at 125$ per tow. It seemed that the management company wanted the money they invested back and they were going to get it back from the tenents. By any means necessary.
