You can't ask for anything better From: ghtenant Date posted: 9/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   The rent is about average for this area. But when you factor in that the management company pays for ALL utilites, cable, and the first 3 months at the Y. I would say it is really really a good deal You can't ask for anything better. I never see my neighbors, nobody is ever just hanging around in the hallways that I can tell. The laundry rooms have been renovated and they are great. I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff. I have yet to see anyone of them in a bad mood and take it out on the tenants. I wish I could say that about the last place I lived! So all in all, I would say this is a great place and I am looking forward to renewing my lease in a couple months.
