I vistied the Halstead tower and am thinking to move in. I'm satisfied with almost everything including the amenities, staff, apt unit etc.... I was talking to the leasing office about the shuttle service - wonder how the schedule and the actual conditions look like in the weekdays. I was told it runs regularly in the mornings from 6-9 and evenings 4-7ish. any current residents using the service who may share their experience' 7pm seems to be a little early as i sometimes stay late in the office. Any alternative plan' or is the property mgt considering extending the service, say, to 8pm'

I will not recommend Halstead tower. I agree with other postings about hot water and the management.( I also have mud in water and very drafty windows) I think the building just looks nice but is actually cheaply done.

Move if you are that unhappy. I recommend Halstead Tower, I don't have mud in my water nor do my neighbors. The shuttle is very convenient and runs on time, the management here is wonderful. I have never had an issue that was not addressed professionally. Drafty windows??? Try closing them. Like IReturned said.....goood luck to you.
Please let me know what size apartment you live in, my friend wants to move in and is in need of a one bedroom or a one den and there are none available. Perhaps I can help you move sooner if you live in a one or a one den?
