The Worst of the Worst - Grade F-- From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   For anyone who wants to move here because the rent is okay, please read this, please listen to what I have to say, this Hampton Court Apartment units are the worst run apartment that I have ever came across. The manager is the worst disrecpectful, undiscplined arrogant, uncaring, insensitive human being that I ever came across. The owners of this Apartment must have gotten them at cheap price because they absolutely are a Nightmare to deal with. The apartments are poorly ventilated with almost every household items in a broken status which requires constant repair and when you ask for a repair maintenance you are lucky to get one in a week or two sometimes even three weeks and they don't fix it properly. Maintenance Service quality is the worst I have ever seen. There are cockroaches and rats everwhere, the laundry place is dirty and machines are never cleaned and some of the machines are not working at times, when its rains outside the water leakes into the laundry room and it's like a swimming pool, where the water flows out on the cooridors where residense live at. The noise level is very serious outside where everyone from the street and some neighbors will wake you up till the dawn of light. No security is provided in this apartments and every weekend you see police cursers chasing someone up and down the streets. The main entrance door of every apartment can be easily be opened because of the poor security which I found it very disturbing. Anyone can easily open and get inside by punching the security codes of the outside doors. Stairways and hall way are always dirty and unclean, quality of the building fixtures are shady and in a state of poor grade.
