I lived here for 1 year and it was the worst experiecnce ever!!!
The roaches run the palce, not because we kept a dirty apartment, but because managment dosent keep up with the extermination schdeule. They dont come and fix stuff. We had human boo boo coming up through our drain in the tub, it took them almost a month to take care of it.
--------- and -------- are the rudest most unprofessional people I know. --------- is always on her high horse, she dosent know how to talk to the residents or her staff. She sleeps with her male staff and drives them to leave or fires them when it dosent work out. Any seen -------- her former love toy and employee'
My four year old son tells people he likes our new house because it dosent have alot of bugs and it dosent stink. The hallways always smell of FUNKY FOOD.
We moved out almost three months ago and still havent gotten our security deposit back.

contact the new management people about your security deposit. Babbcock & something. You can find them online.
I move a the end of the month; Thank God! I hope i don't have the same problem b/c i need those funds. Good luck to you and i hope you enjoy your new place much better.

I've lived at Hampton Court for 3 years now... It's mighty funny how I've never seen any bugs of any nature in my home. I'm sure you wouldn't admit to having poor house keeping either now would you? Any who best wishes to you. I've had my ups and downs with Hampton Court more good than bad.....

Everything you have mentioned is true. If anyone that lives on this property claims to not have roaches you are in denial. Glad you got out good luck to you!!!
