I have lived here two years and I am a single parent. In the time, I have learned to live with roaches (I name them before I squish them), hearing your neighbors on the toliet and in every other room of the house (just invite them over and get to know them because you will soon learn their personal habits). Pipes creak and groan every time someone in the building turns on the water. Your car will be keyed. The laundry facility is unsafe and unclean. Trash is gross. The appliances half work (and maintenance can't fix their way out of a hole). Roof is starting to leak -- not my problem because I'm moving asap. This is not a place to have a child. Public school is ESL and lacks the care the City lavishes on Barrett and the one on Janney's Lane. It looks like an inner city school.
