This is to inform all potential renters that if they can deal with the bad, there is some good to Hillwood -- nice location, convenient to everything, price is right. Now the bad -- Consider you'll hear your neighbors having sex, holding a conversation, having an argument, playing pool (yeah -- get that one), yelling at their kids and each other. Then consider that if you can hear them, they can hear you... having sex, yelling at your kids, having a conversation at the dinner table. Nice. Roaches are a major problem! Yikes! They NEVER go away! The roof is leaking, the laundry is filthy and totally unsecure. I have never had a filter change -- learned how to do it myself. Management ineffective and will not enforce the lease unless they stand to make money. They are generally pleasant people but useless.
