Hillwood Apts. isn't so bad except for the occassional mugging and shooting reported from time to time. And don't live on the ground floor because I have heard it from more than one tenant that they have leak problems. The place looks superficially nice when you first move in, but than you start to discover that is is all a big paint job. Even the bathtub had a paintjob on it to make it look "like new". But then it all started to chip off. The management has an attitude problem everytime you have a service request. But when they see that rent check, they even stop eating and say a sarcastic "thanks". Being poor sucks, that is why I stayed there that long.
