Hillwood at Mark Center is not a place for anyone to live. To start with- the rental office is incompetant. We had people who needed to be deleted from the lease who we found out were still on there months after they had moved out. Maintenance is ridiculous....if they ever do show up, they'll look through your stuff- so lock up if you do live there. In addition- they raise the rent for no apparent reason, other than your lease is up and they want more money from you- and they take away utilities that were previously included in the rent (so they're actually making alot more off of you) and the amount they charge is ridiculous for the space that they provide. For what it used to cost total to live there is only about $300 less than it is to live in a lovely townhouse in Old Town with one more person and there- everyone has their own bedroom. In short- find a better place to live than Hillwood.
