From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This neighborhood is going downhill fast, which is a shame given it's location and the old groves of trees. It has definitely potential to be a nice property and I don't see this happening anytime soon. In the last few months there has been a crop of new residents who have created a "dorm" like environment -- parties, competing stereo systems, beer bottles tossed around. I am a single parent and I am highly disturbed by this new "environment." I am not please to be paying $1123 for a 2 bedroom only to have to keep fans running in my child's room to block out the stereos. It is a good thing we don't pay electricity -- keep as many white noise devises running as you can. Let management pay for it. And get a supply of ear plugs. Laundry rooms on par with Foxchase, except not secure. As a woman, I will not go down at night. Roaches are a problem in the old apartments and I do see several -- keep the baits in every corner! Oh, yeah, keep the Alex. Police Nonemergency number handy so that you can call them to tell your neighbor to chill on the stereo! What else can I say -- if you are deaf, it's a great place to live!
