Clean apartment. Good view of the park. Walk to Starbucks, Blockbuster, CVS, groceries. Close to 395. Walking and jogging trails very close.
Expect to "manage" the management. You'll have to push them to enforce the noise clause of the lease where it applies to your neighbors. I had to take one of the staff (lots of eye rolling, there) to my neighbor's door so they could hear the stupendously loud music that was playing almost around the clock. After great effort--letters, etc.--the problem was solved. Pleasant people, but they really don't want to do the nuts and bolts *work* of managing the property -- though I assume late rent will arouse their interest. They're generally responsive to administrative requirements -- lease renewal, etc.
Lots of screaming, unsupervised children who dart between cars in the parking lots.
Overall, the neighborhood seems to be in a slow decline -- banlieue in the making, I suspect.
