Hillwood is not for the picky. The management is unenthusiastic and neglectful. The grounds are dirty and often have trash thrown about them. The pool is little and has too may kids. We live on the top floor and can still hear our neighbors walking around and playing music. The laundry facilities make me nervous, and I don't like the neighborhood that much either. The one thing I can say is that when there has been a problem with crime the management company did notify us and I did notice more police around. Also, there is a good shopping area right behind you and Clyde's is right down the street However, we have lived here for a year adn they just raised our rent by $40.
