I have yet to move in to Hillwood, but so far im not impressed with the office staff. I was told that my current lease would need to be broken for them to finalize my application, so i broke my lease and then they rejected me' hello!'! after i got that resolved by going over their head (which i dont think they appreciated) Cheryl told me that they dont deposit the deposit checks until the move in date. The next day she calls me and says that, sorry, they deposit them as soon as we're approved. i asked to speak to the manager, and get this: Cheryl puts me on hold for a few seconds and then tells me that the "manager" doesn't need to talk to me!! is this just a bad dream, do these people have any idea what the term "customer service" means, or even logic for that matter.
