Well, I finally ran into a few of the problems others were talking about. The Property Manager has GOT to be the rudest and most unprofessional thing around! I had to remind her that I am not a child and in no way would she raise her voice or speak to me in a condecending manner. The rent went up rediculously but I opted to pay the additional $255 to rent month-to-month just to get the hell out of here. There is no way I would sign another lease in this joint.
The laundry rooms are disgusting with broken washers/dryers (only 2 to share among every 12 apartments). The rent specials entice you to get in but will go up about 8% each year (I don't get an 8% raise every year on my job). No need to complain about the noisy kids because the belong to the office staff!!!!!
