The only reason we stay is because we may leave at any moment! Communal living at its worst. Community washer and dryers that the property doesn't own and would rather forget about. Nice maintenance in those areas that can be seen from the roads. No maintenance in the common areas of the buildings. Aging apartment complex with no plan for update. Water bill based on the number of square feet in your apartment, not by the actual amount you use. Walls paper thin, can hear the next door neighbors doing it and the two cats outside (all at the same time). Old plumbing and you can hear the water running two apartments away. That should be enough to steer you clear.
