Well, you must not live at the hillwood because the month to month rent is only 100 dollars added to the base rental price. The kids probably are yours. I love it here, even the living room is a bit smaller than I am used to. I have been in different apartments and this one has been good price for the size. Most of them are asking about 200 or more for this kind of size. I especially like the breakfast nook in the kitchen.
