Coming on my 10 month and the results are...

I have been living at Hillwood for 10 months now and I like it. It can do better but for a 40 old building...not bad. It is a little pricey but the trade off; I am only 10 min. from where I work. Upon my first month in the place, I have seen two roaches and an enormous spider. Other than that, the building that I live in is quiet. You can hear the neighbors going into their apartments with the heavy non insulated jail doors. The laundry room has yet to be desired. I think its wrong to have only three washing machines and three dryers for a 14 unit building. Parking has not been an issue for me yet, although, there are people who need to go to parking school. As for taking a shower, I wish they fixed the pipes or insulate them, or just even increase the water pressure so I do not have to here the water running every time someone takes a shower. The noise is distracting. I do have a neighbor that lives above me, who walks around like a Neanderthal. Now if only they allow small dogs. I recently received a notice that my rent was going up 10 dollars which is not bad. All in all, Hillwood is a good place but it depends on which building they put you in.
