hillwood is a decent place to live. the second bedroom is incredibly small. the laundry rooms are often in use, broken, or the door is jammed shut and cannot be opened with a key, so i would recommend getting an apt with a w/d. also, the plumbing is terrible! we have 1.5 bathrooms and plunge toilets probably 2-3 times a week. we have had maintenance service these problems multiple times, with no avail. in addition, running water is not always available in the mornings. on the plus side, the neighborhood is relatively safe and we rarely hear neighbors. the cost of utilities is not much. if you are looking for a tolerable place to live, this is acceptable. however, it is my no means "luxury" living.
