They let themselves into your apartment with no notice at all. There are roaches they claim to "get rid of." The rental office is so unorganized and they lost a check of ours that we DEFINITELY PAID (we never missed a month) and sent us to court and gave us a notice of eviction. They claimed they figured out AND fixed the problem but STILL MADE US PAY THE ATTOURNEY FEES!!! We are taking them to court. ALSO My husband is in the military and the FIRST notice we recieved about not paying our rent (WHEN WE DID!!) said he was NOT in the military! WHEN HE IS! We have a small one bedroom apartment but pay $1,325 WITH THE MILITARY DISCOUNT. You don't get what you pay for! Rediculous prices for such a crappy and unorganized, less than desired, unmaintained, crap hole. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYBODY!!!!!! The people who live there. THEY TAKE UP TWO SPACES...this is a problem on top the fact the spaces are smaller than normal and you can barely get out of your car! If you come home late from work even at 11 pm there is parking only far away from your apartment! Noise is rediculous. The doors are so thin you can hear people yell from down the street. My car was also broken into. They people who live in this place are creepy. Staring at you, following you, and yelling at you.

Shannon - I had the SAME problem with this complaint. They took us to the court and had the nerves to "forgot" to let me know that we were being called to the court. Then "forgot" to hire an interpreter when I requested one. After two court dates and still no interpreter, I just gave up because I am not wasting our time with them so we paid more than we should - from 900 to 1500. So ever since that court because I gave the manager a hard time and now she is givin gme a hard time because I demanded that things are WRITTEN down on a headletter because what she did with us - we had a verbal agreement then backed on us so i LEARNED that lesson and demanded everything to be DOCUMENTED on a headletter and if she decides to screw us over - we have proof.
