The apartments are fairly nice, a little pricy, but you get a lot out of it. Especially in the summer when the pool opens. My neighbors tended to be very polite and it was great until a stomper moved in above me. The washing rooms were either in use or broken so I got fed up and bought a portable washer/dryer which has made all the difference.
If you get home after 6 you better like walking because it can be hard to find parking close to your unit and with a kid this has been increbily aggravating. The carpets also have a strange tendency to gather spots. Granted I do own a cat but I always cleaned up after him and my son's spit-up and these spots are incredibly strange since I cleaned the carpets once a week. The office personnel are incredibly kind and polite however they have a clause in the lease that requires the porches to be aesthetically appealing but the grounds crews do not pick up the cigarette buts and stange items of garbage that tend to litter the ground which is really disappointing.
There is a large military community here and that brings its own problems so I would recommend you try to get an upper story unit. Mine was on the ground floor and my porch was always littered with cigarette butts from the people above me. Overall, its fine, not great, but not horrid either. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
