We lived in a two bedroom w/ den for a year and we are happily vacating this month! In the year we lived here, we had our house broken into, rodent problems, and we found a SNAKE in our den!
The maintenance repairs are horrible as well. They basically fix things half @$$. For instance in my sons room...he closet doors did not shut properly and I had to place over a dozen requests to have it fixed. I finally just had them just take them darn doors off.
Staff is a mess as well. There are a select few that are helpful, but all in all they are out weighted by attitude and rudeness.

Positives: Electricity is included and we have a washer and dryer in our unit.
