Great location, good apartment for price. If you don't mind the incompetent, apathetic office staff who couldn't give a damn about the job or the people who live in the apartments that they are supposed to manage, then you should be fine! The owner of this company needs to come in and do a serious reassesment of their hiring process, because I (and I'm sure many other residents) would have stayed here longer had it not been for the dismissive attitutes and sheer ineptitude of the office staff.
