Bad Staff in Hillwood

Hi Friends,

I had a too bad experience with Hillowood staff. They are not at all helping customer to get into their apartments. I think they are not having believe in words "CUSTOMER FIRST". They are trying to hide most of the information from the customer means if the customer wants a apartment in 2nd floor even they are available they don't offer him in 2nd floor. Except 2nd floor they offer all other levels. They are not friendly staff. I pray god to change their mind set to help customers.
