Look here's the deal, the apartments are decent but the management is pathetic. They are rude and inconsiderate. They are unprofessional. They are unhelpful. Any time you have a problem, even if you are a super low maintenance resident, they are rude and say they don't have authority to fix it. During the weekdays they conveniently close the office just in time so that folks who work regular business hours can't get there before they close without taking off from work at least an hour early depending on where you work. Also conveniently, the manager does not work on the weekend. So if you have a problem that requires speaking with the manager, which most problems do, you can't talk to her in person. They treat residents as problems rather than as customers deserving of respect and quality service. Like I said, the apartments are decent and you probably do get more sqft per $ than in most places around here. So if you're on a budget and you want to be treated like crap, go for it!!!
