We have lived here for 6 months and have no complaints. The walls are thin, but we have really good neighbors. Neighbors are generally friendly. The maintence staff came and fixed any problems we had promptly. The shuttle to the metro is really nice, though it only runs at rush hour and can get very full, but is always on time. We haven't really had any problems with the management. They do have extra fees like if you loose your key or shuttle pass or for 6 month leases and for pets. They require 2 month notice if you are planning to move out even if your lease is ending. We can always park by our building which is nice. We have a newly remodeled apartment and the utilities are really cheap.

I don't know what building you live in or what shuttle you're riding on. It certainly isn't a building at Mark Center or the shuttle. Sounds like an entry by one of the management staff--I don't think it is working because the number of vancancies at this complex are the highest I have ever seen because the apartments are poorly managed, maintenance is slipping, and the rules are not enforced.
