The management is terrible!! The office staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. If you have a problem or a question plan to spend a lot time making various phone calls to people who either don't want to help or don't know enough about their job to help. I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years (simply because I was too lazy to move) and each year the management has gotten worse. Upon moving out I was informed that it was my responsibility to have the carpets shampooed even though upon moving into the apartment I was told that the management would have the carpets cleaned on a yearly basis which of course never happened! My advice is do not live here unless you have absolutely no other alternative!!
