All a sudden they towed my car while I had a parking permit in my car. I talked the office staffs they told to pay the tow company Henry Wrecker Service first then get reimburse from the apartment management. So I called the tow company and she said yes I found the sicker on your car but it s not visible to front and back windows. I have been lived here for 8 months and I parked my car in front of the apartment with out any issues. My Parking Permit sticker has always placed in the rear windows of the driver side. Every Thursday and Friday mornings, I see the tow truck scan my car with a flash light and they saw the Parking Permit sticker then they leave it alone. Why now' I will not renew my lease with Hillwood management. Stay away ...

Towing is a way complexes make money when all else has been done; the story they gave about your sticker is clear evidence of that. If your car was damaged in the towing, or you were put out money or inconvenienced, take legal action.

Actually, your parking permit is to be displayed on the driverside front windshield or driverside back windshield. Not on your side windows. Looks like you got lucky for eight months. I have lived at Hillwood for 4 years and have never had a problem.
