Nice place From: rambhau@india.com Date posted: 4/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   We lived in this complex for 5 years until we moved our because we bought a place. We really liked it here. You get what you pay for - great views, apartments that are virtually sound proof, and super convenient location next to old town and metro bus offset by bad fixtures, dingy corridors, broken elevators and a sad gym. The only thing we never understood was the Grady management staff in the office. They have absolutely no customer service skills. Kind of like they are doing you a favor just by talking to you. If you don't mind taking crap from them this place is not bad. As against these people the maintenance staff is extremely helpful and efficient.
