Terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This apartment is terrible. Since VDOT owns the building, tenants are placed second behind construction needs. There are no sidewalks (pedestrians must walk on the bike/jogging trail), the maintenance is terrible, and there is virtually no temperature control. I am constantly worried that I will hit a biker/jogger with my car, because the trail now is routed through the parking lot. The main door to the building is often broken, and allows no security protection. I also had a problem where I was locked out of my apartment for over 6 hours, becaue no one answered the emergency maintenance phone number. Trust me. The price may seem right, but this place won't be around long anyway. All information that we have been given is that the buildings will be sold in early 2005, and probably deemolished for luxury condo construction.
