Close to Old Town & something affordable.....

In a sea of 600k condos & townhouses, there really aren't too many options for living in old town for those of us not blessed to be multi-millionaires.
Hunting Point gives people with more modest incomes the chance to live in a nice area, that would otherwise not be an option for most of us.
I've looked at other places around Alexandria & honestly, most were either much worse or surrounded by stripmalls. While I can't say living in a construction zone has been easy at times, much of the noise has subsided. Even the suroundings around Hunting point are improving with each week's passing.
Honestly, this really isn't a bad place to live. The terrace apartments on the other hand are a whole different story....
