I don't know the square footage of these apartments because it's not available anywhere. Suffice it to say that they are SMALL. A 1-BR unit is more like a studio with too many walls. A 2-BR unit is more like a tiny 1-BR with a den.

Which means you can get a 2-BR cheap at least. 1-BR currently $975 and 2-BR currently $1150. On paper, these are great deals.

But unfortunately I get woken up in the middle of the night by people snoring. No, not roommates (I have none). I mean the people who live below me. They snore. And I hear it loud enough to keep me up at night because the sound-proofing in this building is the worst I've ever experienced in a rental unit. Enjoy listening in on all conversations and television shows from your up or downstairs neighbors if you move here. Not really something they let you know beforehand.

Also, the water pressure sucks. I hope you don't rely on your morning shower to wake you up.

Also, I said straight up, I will not rent this apartment if the coming fitness room doesn't include a basic weight machine. I am dumb, because I didn't get this in writing. And I didn't get it. Instead of a weights machine I got lectures about how I should do pushups instead of weights and an armchair diagnosis that they are doing me a favor by preventing me from being able to do lat pulldowns. Great. Thanks.

I could have signed with Riverside, not five minutes from here, for not much more in rent. It would have meant a full gym, a much bigger apartment, lots more amenities, and most importantly, less --------. I am dumb and signed here.

On the plus side there's lots of parking available right now. Of course only about half the buildings are rented, so that may change.
