Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
The buildings were remodeled recently, but I had roaches the second week I moved in even though I hadn't brought any food with me. Getting hot water is a problem in the morning. And I knew I was getting an apartment in between the top and bottom (the sales person said I hadn't "moved fast enough" to get a top unit), but the noise from above and below is ridiculous. Not that these people are very loud, but I can hear everything.
