very noisy...bad climate control..but pretty good community feature From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The facilties are awesome: fitness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Climate control is poor. I have asked multiple times to replace it and they wouldnýt agree. As a result my power bill is also very high. I guess I pay my power bill sop the management doesnýt care. I am in on of those apartments which is closer to Route 1 (I am about 2 apartments away from the road). Very very noisy. I can barely sleep in my bedroom. The leasing office did not indicate this when she was showing the apartment. If she had atleast warned me, I would gone to higher floors. So if you are picking a apartment in this place, please make sure your bedroom farthest away from the road. HTH
