Oh My, that's interesting.... seems as if the same person who claims "its a great place to live" is conveniently on here several times a month to keep the happy high percentage of 70%. And I would be greatly surprised to see who exactly this mature business professional is that has an arguement with the accuracy of those that have made some reasonable complaints about the complex.
Regardless, I believe the ratings, both good and bad are very accurate.
