I would like to express my appreciation From: RolandMegenity Date posted: 9/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I would like to express my appreciation for the courteous & expert manner that all problems were fixed. Some of them were not easy. A fan was installed, a leak in the water tank,and toilet needed fixing. Jose had Lucas take care of all of that. Veronica has helped me get boxes that I really needed to pack my things. I am really grateful for that. I would say you have a top notch maintenance staff that you can be proud of. Now for the front office, Kim, Mindy, & the one who took my check every month, Shari, and everybody else have been most helpful & courteous to any questions that I had. I have enjoyed my stay here, I really liked the apartment but I have to move on because of my health.--Mac (Roland Megenity 1-418)
