NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The apartment furnishings are cheap for the money you're spending. The kitchen is very small, appliances out dated and need to be replaced but the management won't, they'll try and repair them. Half of your storage is not available for use in the kitchen because the water heater sits inside you cabinet space. No bathroom cabinet to store essentials. Refrig....it's a shame they can get away with this. Probably why its a transitant apartment complex. I know I'm leaving when my lease is up. There's no insulation around the doors, you can even see into the halls when people pass. You hear all the conversations of your neighbors, just walk down the hall. Oh the smells, halls & elevators etc as well. The microwave vent spreads everything throughout the apartment instead of venting outside. Bathrooms have no heaters for the cold morning when showering. Dishwasher is extremely loud and doesn't work well. The only plus is the washer and dryer, which is loud as well. They show you a very nice apt when you ask to see one, but once one is assigned and you sign the lease...you're locked in. I'm sure there's better apartments in the area...look around and if you can't find a better one...move out of the city. the only plus is Joe the shuttle bus driver...very pleasant individual. Most of the staffs are rude and act as though you owe them something....Not very customer friendly. I made a mistake but you can be sure I won't make another one when I move. I'll even ask to come in during the evening to check out the sound proofing and neighbors. Paid a fee for amenties I don't use but I guess thaqt's normal for the area. Nothing you want to write home about except a good place not to reside!
